Graduate Students

We aim to train students who wish to pursue an academic career in science or medicine. Currently, the lab only accepts graduate students in the Department of Neuroscience at Mayo Clinic.

Post-baccalaureate Students

Mayo Clinic has a Graduate Research Employment Program specifically designed for post-baccalaureate students who wish to perform their “gap-year” research (up to two years) before pursuing graduate and/or medical degrees. Requirements and descriptions can be found on the program website. Students who are eligible for this program and interested in research training in the Zhang lab are encouraged to apply.
